These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) apply to your use of https://www.thehuntergear.com (the “Site”) and to any order you place on it. The Site is an online store operated by The Hunter Gear, 781 Lot Zerktouni, Marrakech 40000, Morocco (“The Hunter Gear”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Using the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable or overburden it or interfere with anyone else’s use of it, and not to try to obtain any materials or information through means that are not intentionally made available on the Site.
Your account
You can check out as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend or close accounts, and refuse or cancel orders, where we have a good reason to do so, such as suspected fraud or misuse of the Site.
Products and prices
We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, but colours and details can look slightly different on your screen. Prices are shown in US dollars unless you choose another currency on the Site. Prices and availability can change without notice until your order is placed.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy the products in it. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation by email. Payments are processed securely by PayPal; you can pay with your PayPal account or with a credit or debit card through PayPal. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery times, destinations and costs are set out in our Shipping Information page. Customs duties and import taxes charged by your country, if any, are your responsibility.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
You can cancel an order as described in Order Cancellation, and return products as described in our Return & Refund Policy. Those pages form part of these Terms.

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we collect and use your personal information when you use the Site.
Electronic communications
When you use the Site or send us emails, you are communicating with us electronically. You agree that we may contact you by email or by posting notices on the Site, for example to confirm your order and update you about its delivery.

All content on the Site, such as text, graphics, logos and images, and the way it is arranged, belongs to The Hunter Gear or its suppliers and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print content for your own personal use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without our written permission.
Reviews and other content you submit
If you post a review or send us feedback, you keep ownership of it, but you give us permission to use, display, reproduce and edit it in connection with the Site and our business, and to show your name with it. You confirm that what you submit is your own and is not unlawful, offensive, misleading or in breach of anyone else’s rights. We may remove any submission at our discretion.
